Terms & Conditions
- In case of personal injury or loss of health, it will not be the responsibility of any members or guides of Any Travel Agency. The individual is responsible.
- If there is snowfall in Manali, tempo traveller will not go to Solang Valley or Atal Tunnel; you will have to book a car yourself at own cost.
- We will not be responsible for room balcony availability as this is a group tour.
- It is not possible to travel by tempo to Jakhoo Temple in Shimla; you have to take a local car (own cost) from parking.
- Neither the guide nor any member shall be responsible for loss of life or injury during adventure activities.
- All adventure activities are excluded and to be paid by the individual.
- Tempo Traveller will not travel in heavy snow or weather problems. You may have to stay at hotel until weather improves.
- This is just a quote. Rates are subject to availability at time of booking. Rates are net and non-commissionable. Change in pax count will change tour price.
- No refund for unused nights or early check-out (medical cases depend on hotel policy).
- Check-in/check-out times as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and may be chargeable.
- We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to Force Majeure events, strikes, weather, traffic, overbooking, cancellation/rerouting, closure/entry restrictions. We will make alternate arrangements but are not liable for refunds/compensation.
- Hotel/resort ratings in hill stations cannot be compared with business city hotels.
- Bookings confirmed on receipt of 50% non-refundable deposit.
- Bookings honoured at hotel ONLY on presentation of confirmed voucher.
- Voucher released after full payment. Once released, bookings are completely non-refundable, no amendments allowed.
- No refund for cancellation due to early departure, no-show, reduction in rooms, etc.
- In heavy snowfall, vehicle may get stuck; you may have to walk to hotel.
- Travel guide provided only for 15+ members; otherwise the Tempo Traveller driver will provide guidance.
